C3 is your city’s Citizen Alert System which allows city officials and administrators
to instantly and automatically deliver emergency and important messages to a predefined
targeted citizen universe.
By signing up for C3, you can take advantage of the following features and services
provided for you by the City of Clifton;
- City Administrators, as well as Clifton Police, Fire and OEM personnel will be able
to instantly notify citizens by sending important messages, as well as documentation,
photos, and audio and video.
- Every citizen will be notified over all communication channels in the event of an
emergency, via phone; SMS text messaging; e-mail; and through the web.
- By utilizing MyC3, each citizen will have their own private secure account that
will allow them to input their important contact information and register their
own emergency contacts, as well as provide the City of Clifton with a report of
any special needs requirements that members of a household may have.
- In addition to notification benefits, citizens can take advantage of the City of
Clifton’s interactive government services right within their own MyC3 citizen account.
Here, citizens will have the ability to retrieve emergency and important alerts,
access files, forms, publications and flyers, view calendar events and local happenings,
and process Municipal Service Requests right through the web.
